Corn (steam eye) button: commonly known as corn, gas eye, mainly used in clothing, luggage, handbags, belts, shoes, packaging and other supplies. The products are generally produced with 62# copper or 65# copper, and can also be produced with iron or stainless steel, which are usually used together with mesons/gaskets. The surface of the product can be electroplated with different colors, such as green bronze, smart color, deep kelp, light kelp, red bronze, etc. It can also be processed by oil injection, silk screen, laser, etc. The styles can be bilateral/pressure, unilateral, oval, heart-shaped, etc.  

Eyelet Button Inspection Standard：

1. Check whether there are scratches and oil stains on the metal surface of the corns, and whether they are deformed.

2. If it is electroplated corns, check whether the electroplating color is correct, whether there is mutual adhesion and deplating.

3. Use the matching mold to test a few grains to see if it can be used normally, whether there is cracking, deformation, etc.
