We manufacture magnetic buttons in a wide range of types, so that each closure matches the weight of the flap and the construction of the panel. Customize Your Magnetic Button

Logo customisation is available across the range. Before production we confirm the shell diameter and thickness, and the plating colour. A drawing, sample or photo is enough: the logo is reproduced to your specification. Laser engraving needs no tooling and suits fine detail and shorter runs; a relief mark takes a dedicated mould, cut and stamped for a deeper, more durable impression. Artwork is checked before quoting.

What is a magnetic button made of?

The shell is brass or iron, plated in the finish you specify. Inside sits a neodymium (NdFeB) magnet or a ferrite magnet.

How strong is the magnet of magnetic button?

Stronger is not always better. The right pull closes the flap securely and still opens with one hand. We match the grade and diameter to the bag type, flap weight, and opening, and we'll recommend the right option before you order.

What is the magnetic button MOQ and lead time?

Standard types are kept in stock and ship quickly. With a custom logo the MOQ is 1,000 pieces per style. Magnetic buttons count as magnetised cargo, so they normally travel by sea, which makes transit slower — please plan your production dates accordingly.

Will the magnetic button plating wear or tarnish?

Brass shell resists oxidation better than an iron one, and every button is finished with a protective glaze seal that adds wear and tarnish resistance. Where a fitting takes constant handling, we can build the plating thicker on request.
